Vape Mail Ban Update
You might of seen in recent news about the Vape Mail Ban (USPS) that was included into the COVID relief spending bill. We wanted to explain to you in further detail the timeline of events over the next few weeks.
March 25th, 2021: All orders containing E-Cigarettes/Vape products must be shipped with Adult Signature Required even if your age was verified upon checkout. Please understand that someone over the age of 21 will have to sign for the package upon delivery
April 27th, 2021: USPS is required to release rules and regulations about the Vape Mail Ban no later than April 27th, 2021. On this date, USPS will no longer accept shipments containing Electronic Cigarettes/Vape products. This date could be sooner, and we will update our customers as we learn more information.
We are always dedicated to ensuring all of our customers are over the age of 21 and that all rules and regulations are followed. Unfortunately, due to USPS following UPS, FedEx, and other main common carriers with regard to the Vape Mail Ban, we do not know what the future will hold for online purchasing of your favorite E-Cigarattes/Vape products. We will continue to look for nationwide carriers that will accept shipments containg E-Cigarettes/Vape products.
We are advising all customers to get their orders in ASAP and to stock up!
